4. Website Audits and Data

When you use our Services to audit a website:

• You must have the right to analyze the website
• We only access publicly available information
• We do not access password-protected or private areas
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shoutmint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification
